I have spent more than 20 years building and leading high-performing K–12 sales organizations, from startups to national teams. Along the way, I’ve learned that the difference between a sales team that survives and one that scales comes down to three things: clarity of strategy, strength of leadership, and disciplined execution. I launched EdRoads to bridge the gap between education mission and sales execution. What started as a side hustle has grown into a consulting practice helping EdTech and curriculum companies:

EdRoads was founded in 2023 with a simple idea: help education companies unlock the full potential of their sales teams.What began as a side hustle quickly grew into a passion. While working full-time as a senior sales leader, I saw a common challenge: many EdTech and curriculum companies had brilliant products and missions, but struggled to build and lead effective sales organizations.I began taking on limited engagements, working with startups, sales leaders in transition, and teams looking for structure and direction.

 

The demand was clear. Companies needed someone who understood both the language of educators and the discipline of sales leadership. Our mission at EdRoads, we exist to bridge the gap between education markets and sales. We help organizations:
